Welcome to Egeyo, a platform dedicated to intelligent app discovery and evaluation available at egeyo.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Egeyo, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Service.

The Egeyo name, logos, and branding are trademarks of Egeyo, Inc. You may view and use content from the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes as intended by the Service. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Egeyo or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in termination of your access to the Service.

Third-Party Links and Apps

Egeyo functions as an app discovery platform. The apps you are interested in are hosted on Google Play (the Google Play Store) or other third-party storefronts. Egeyo does not host, control, or supply the apps themselves. When you click to view or install an app, you will be redirected to Google Play or the applicable third-party site. Your interactions, downloads, and any purchasing decisions are governed by the terms of service and privacy policies of Google Play and the respective app developer. Egeyo shall not be responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or legality of any third-party apps or services. The inclusion of third-party links or listings does not imply endorsement by Egeyo.

Any third-party content displayed on the Service, such as descriptions, ratings, or reviews, is provided for convenience and informational purposes. While we strive to keep this information accurate, we do not warrant its completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EGEYO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EGEYO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EGEYO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY ACTION EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 500 OR AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Egeyo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneyâ€™s fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violations of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Egeyo operates, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes not resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved in the competent courts located in that jurisdiction on an individual basis. You waive trial by jury and any right to participate in a class action to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may amend these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material modifications by updating the effective date at the top of this page or via other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
